Executive Producer

Gustavo is LCA’s Executive Producer. He has overseen the company for the past 18 years, and under his direction, LCA started its expansion into production services. He and his brother, Jose Ignacio, turned LCA into one of the biggest audiovisual production service companies in Central America. He graduated in Economics and has an MBA with emphasis in marketing from the University of Costa Rica. On his free time, he likes to swim and spend time with his family.

Senior Producer
You can call him “Tavo”. He has more than 10 years experience in production and has been LCA’s Senior Producer since 2016. His production reel includes brands like Samsung, Nespresso, Starbucks, and many more. Tavo has a TV Communications diploma from McMaster University in Canada. He also has a studies in law from the University of Costa Rica. Tavo enjoys learning new things and traveling.

Andrey Gonzalez

Production Assistant & Webmaster

Andrey, the youngest in the team, regardless of his age, accumulates experience and support capacity in different areas of design, social media marketing and production. He is one of the newest members of the team.

Andrey is a graduate of  Ulacit University in Graphic Design, furthermore he has different certificates as Lead Generator by Microsoft and Data analytics by Google. He currently majors in marketing.

On his free time, he enjoys composing music and playing different instruments.
